Buddha Bowl, Rainbow Bowl, Hippie Bowl oder Good Life Bowl – die gesunden Salat-Bowls haben inzwischen gefühlt tausend verschiedene Namen. Auch wir lieben die vollgepackten Schüsseln und so landet bei uns mehrmals in der Woche so eine bunte Mischung zum Lunch auf dem Tisch. Aus diesem Grund stöbern wir immer wieder gerne durch verschiedene Food Blogs sowie Foodie Accounts auf Instagram, um uns inspirieren zu lassen. Das Schöne dabei ist, dass es nicht die eine gesunde Salat-Bowl gibt, sondern unzählige Möglichkeiten, leckerste Bowls zuzubereiten. Ganz nach Geschmack, Lust sowie Laune – und manchmal geht es eben auch einfach darum, was der Kühlschrank gerade so hergibt. In unserem heutigen ‚Weekly Dose of Inspiration‘ haben wir uns aber insbesondere auf die veganen Varianten fokussiert und euch leckere Rezeptideen zum Nachmachen herausgesucht. I’ve teamed up with @santevia as part of their #RockYourWater campaign to talk about the importance of drinking quality water. 💦 Getting enough water every day is essential, but the quality of that water is just as important. Our tap water has become contaminated with chemicals, heavy metals and pollutants and has been stripped of its natural minerals. Although it's said to be "safe", tap water is certainly not the best thing to put in our bodies. Thankfully, using a water filter can drastically improve the quality of water and is something I think everyone should do. @Santevia's filters alkalize water, remove excess chlorine, and add minerals back in, so not only will your water be cleaner, it’ll also taste better and will contribute to reducing acidity in your body. I use their water filter jug at home but love their power water stick when I leave the house or when I work. A big bowl of Plant Power with Smokey Chipotle Mushrooms🌱👊 To fuel us on our busy day 🐇🐇🐇💨 Hoppy Humpday everybunny 🐫✌️ For the mushrooms 1 tbs of soy sauce 1 tbs of apple sweetener 1/4 tsp chipotle powder 1/4 tsp of cumin powder 1/4 tsp of chili powder 1/4 tsp of onion powder 1/4 tsp of paprika 1/4 tsp of hickory liquid smoke 1/8 tsp of garlic powder 2 sprinkles of black pepper 1 cup of sliced baby bella mushrooms For the salad Spring mix Broccoli Beetroot Carrot Cucumber Radish sprouts White quinoa Directions 1. In a large bowl combine first 10 ingredients. Mix well with a fork and add mushrooms. Stir well with a spoon until all components are well combined. 2. In a pan on medium heat add mushrooms and allow to simmer for a few minutes stirring occasionally. 3. In bowl/bowls of choice add spring mix, broccoli, beetroot, carrot, cucumber, sprouts, quinoa. Add mushrooms and garnish with sesame seeds. rice noodle bowl with peanut dressing | baby bok choy, tofu, carrot, avocado, red onion, leftover crispy brussels sprouts, toasted sesame&peanuts . here’s the bowl i posted in my story yesterday! this is a fairly simple and quick meal— you can easily customize your toppings based on whatever you have in your fridge . . prepare 4 oz thin rice noodles according to package instructions. drain and rinse. for the tofu, press extra-firm tofu dry with a paper towel, then brown in a pan with a dash of soy sauce and maple syrup. add noodles to a bowl along with desired veggies/toppings in bowl (some ideas— tofu, tempeh, green onions, red cabbage, snow peas, bell pepper, edamame, spinach, etc.), top with peanut sauce, and serve. . peanut noodle dressing 1 heaping tbsp peanut butter 1 tbsp rice vinegar 1 tbsp soy sauce 1 tbsp maple syrup or agave 1 tbsp sesame oil 1/4 inch thumb ginger, minced 1/2 tsp sriracha sauce or 1/4 tsp chili garlic sauce whisk together all ingredients in a small bowl until smooth

Today is on of these days where I wished I stayed it bed. This morning we had to rescue a street cat which got stuck with her leg in a fence. It was an ugly and shocking scene and at one point we thought we had lost her. But our vet helped us to free her and luckily she survived. Her leg will be amputated tomorrow morning, so let's keep our fingers crossed that she'll be fine. We are now thinking of adopting her but are afraid our other two cats won't accept her.
