It’s safe to say that Pauline Egge is the hotspot expert. She always had a passion for those really cool places – when she started giving her friends travel advice, she soon had to write email after email with all her travel recommendations. Around 2010, she started her blog Petite Passport and she thought she would run out of places quickly, but seven years later Pauline is busier than ever traveling the world. From the U.S. to Spain, Australia, Indonesia, and back to her home country the Netherlands – always on the hunt for new and unique spots, restaurants, places to stay and those small, hidden coffee shops.

“I just love, love, love hotspots. Not the ones you will find in every guidebook, but the more special ones. Shame on me, but I don’t go to a restaurant because the food is superb (well that’s a nice extra) but because of the interior.Pauline Egge
